• ALL memberships are billed and start  day of sign up whether if bought online or if purchased in person. that date starts the 30 day time frame which you have 2 tans to use. • Each extra tan out of the membership is at a discounted rate of $45.00 then on.
• CANCELLATIONS on Memberships we must be notified by email or text message 30 days in advance of next bill date. NO REFUNDS, NO HOLDS, NO GUESTS use or rollovers. (meaning we cant bank your tans for months later if they were UNUSED)
• The outcome of your tan depends on many factors to prep. Attire worn on day of appt, Breastfeeding, hormones, PH, medications, weather, clothing, skin type all play a role. We recommend a consult during appt and our PRO post tan products. If you have any concerns we are PROFESSIONALS and here to help.
•  Excessive swimming, sweating, tight clothing that rubs will lessen the length of color. Typically color last 5-10 days. Touch ups are considered a booked full service and we go on a case by case with your tech on any issues with a service in regards to unsatisfaction on the outcome. CANCELLATIONS- with in 24 hours of your appt you are considered a LATE CANCEL and will be charge 50% price of service cancelled. YOU must cancel via VOICEMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE to 843.800.2088. this number is a business line and we must see proof of attempt. emails and DMs or via any social media platform have same policy.

NO SHOW policy- If you DO NOT send email, text, phone call / leave a message  YOU are considered no show and card on file is charged FULL cost of service price, no exceptions. We are a small business and appreciate you in understanding appts are reserved just for you. Please no DM cancels or appt request, use Vagaro.com/citytan

reschedules/cancellations out of 24 hours are acceptable and not charged.
